Bluesky have been working closely with Community 1st for over 15 years and have helped to develop over 510,000 sq ft of health and wellbeing estate in partnership with the NHS across Oldham, Sheffield, and Cornwall and Isles of Scilly.
Community 1st are the approved NHS estate services partner in the above areas, responsible for the operation of primary care premises for the local NHS.

Bluesky recently provided architectural design services for variation works on Jordanthorpe Health Centre to create twelve new state-of-the-art GP consultancy rooms. The work was carried out to create extra capacity to enable Jordanthorpe Health Centre keep up with the growing demand in increasing patient numbers.
Bluesky designed the variations on behalf of Community 1st Sheffield as the business owner and the lead tenant, Community Health Partnerships.
